THE SUMMIT SEARCH GROUP TEAM
Russell started his recruitment career in 2001. Renowned for being on call 24/7 for both his clients and candidates, his career has developed significantly in the past 14 years, managing global teams and strategic projects throughout. Russell has become a true specialist within his space. He predominantly focusses on placing mid to senior level sales professionals in to investment banks, brokerages, software vendors and fintech providers. His core focus is foreign exchange and fixed income across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. Russell has worked with some of the largest financial institutions in the world, not only offering advice and providing key information, but also helping to plan, develop and give his clients a competitive edge.
Outside of work Russell is a keen sports enthusiast. When not in the Gym, playing football, golf or competing for the world's toughest mudder you can find him with his wife Lucia and two sons Jack and Oliver.
Jack has worked within the talent management industry for 10 years. His predominant focus has always been financial technology. He has worked with some of the largest investment banks in the world offering strategic advice and directional support on hires ranging from mid-management through to c-level appointments.
Jack is an extremely personable and approachable individual that encourages face to face interaction, he has been responsible for building multinational relationships, heading complex retained projects and negotiations surrounding senior management hires.
Outside of work, Jack is a keen golfer having played at a highly competitive level as a junior. He has a wife, Laura and young son, Archie. They live in the rural Essex countryside.
Head of Technology
Ed has been working within technical recruitment for almost 10 years. He has built a reputation among hedge funds, investment banks, vendors and FinTech’s for his exceptional understanding of a complex market and unrivalled network of top candidates.
Predominately focusing on the upper quartile of technologists as well as senior appointments, Ed likes to offer a very consultative approach in order to correctly advise his clients and candidates alike.
Outside of work, Ed is a keen sportsman, regularly playing football and golf. He’s also a passionate petrolhead, regularly going karting or out on track days.
